We're looking for a customer experience specialist who keeps customer journeys on track.
At YouthCommerce, we guide clients through a growth process. You’ll ensure that the customer journey is seamless at every stage, from onboarding to follow-up. You’ll identify areas for improvement and make sure clients get the most out of our partnership.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in customer support or customer success
- You think proactively and communicate clearly
- You work independently and maintain an overview
- May be employed or work as a freelancer / self-employed individual
